I see... that has indeed been the primary dilemma I've been facing. Aventurine is extremely wealthy. There is hardly anything I could buy that he would not have obtained for himself if it was something he desired. Flowers have value in their beauty—I believe it would be an excellent way to brighten his day.

As for the message... I will require a moment to consider what I'd like to convey.

[ The only thing he's certain he wants to convey at the moment is love and affection, and his desire to be Aventurine's anchor; a place he can return to no matter where his life takes him. ]

Still, I would like another item to accompany the flowers; something less ephemeral. What would you suggest?

...I see.

[ He's already got a present in mind, but Ereshkigal's words convince him that more must be done. A bouquet, a gift, and an event, all intertwined together to form a memory Aventurine won't forget. A happy one he can recall when the days are hard. Something that'll give him a desire to live. ]

Your words have given me much thought. Thank you for the advice.

Once we return back to base, I shall pay you a visit to discuss the contents of the bouquet.

[ At first he intends to end the conversation here—except that he finally remembers why he messaged Ereshkigal in the first place and immediately doubles back to the chatbox in haste. ]

That matter aside, let us return to the original reason I contacted you.

If possible, I want to create a device that will help you regenerate mana quickly. However, as someone not from your world, I know nothing about this energy source. Do you believe my idea to be feasible?

[ Interesting. The energy faded with humanity's waning belief in gods? Was it influenced by faith then? But living beings also produce the energy... ]

All living creatures, or only those with sapience, that are capable of faith in the divine? How much does the average human produce? Is there a safe but significant amount that can be extracted from a human?

[ He's curious. Sorry Eresh, you're going to be bombarded with questions. ]

Any magic user... if that term is defined as an individual that can control a form of pure energy, then I would qualify, yes?

[ If he did qualify, that would mean his body could become a medium by which Imaginary energy converted into usable mana for Ereshkigal, if they were to contract in this Master-Servant relationship. And if that is possible, then it must be possible to replicate through technology. ]

Is there a method to verify my qualifications for that role?

If I can adequately provide the mana you need to perform your best during battle, would it not be to your benefit?

So trust is required for you to form a contract with a potential Master.

[ Because the only other thing that seems like a downside is the potential that he cannot supply the mana she needs, thus becoming incapacitated during a fight. Everything else doesn't bother him. ]

Then it would be best to pursue a method that will allow you to take mana without forming the contract. Are you capable of accepting mana from others without such a contract?

[ He's learning a lot about Ereshkigal's world. A Holy Grail... he'd question why a grail of all things, but he's seen weirder worshipped as a religious artifact.

It's true that certain technology would be coveted and draw the attention of the wrong people. LILITH's summoning technology is one such example. If this mana is capable of allowing near impossible feats at larger quantities, then anything that could generate that amount would be extremely valuable.

He is not like the members of the Genius Society. If it does not benefit humanity, he will not pursue the knowledge. And he doesn't know enough to know if Ereshkigal's assertions are correct.
]

Very well. At your insistence, I will not pursue the topic any further. However, if you are aware of any agreeable method by which I can assist you with your mana shortage, do not be afraid to inform me. Your improved performance on the battlefield will be a boon to all of us.
