[ The replies comes a bit late. It's been a busy day at both her jobs, which is good to distract her of the events that happened the day prior. ]
Dear Sebastian,
I appreciate your message. Please be reassured you did the right thing. It has been brought to my attention the "pockies" I was eating amplify negative emotions (・_・;) After what happened to me last month, it is evident I am still susceptible to such external influences.
So I thank you for having stopped me \(^▽^)/ It would have been most undignified for me to kill this man, no matter how despicable and detestable he may be.
However, I am sorry to hear he has already proven to be a nuisance with you (`ー´) I would strongly recommend you cut off all contact with him before he decides relentlessly harassing you suits his definition of fun. While I have no doubt you could dispose of him with ease, LILITH would disapprove and most likely punish you.
I thank you kindly for this message once again. It heartened me to read it.
My, that does provide an answer to the curious behavior I had been witnessing… Perhaps it will be a balm to you to know that you were not alone in such an experience? I saw plenty of curious behavior while people were nibbling away at those sweets. I shall take it as a small blessing that I have no taste for such things, but still, it is unfortunate. LILITH really must be more diligent in inspecting their goods!
I thank you for your concerns about Mr. Silco, though I fear he has already decided that harassment is a good way to spend his time. Apparently, we were acquainted in a place before this, but that is not my experience. It is something he has taken poorly, to put it lightly, so cutting off all contact may prove difficult. However, there is an idiom where I am from about “killing with kindness”, and that seems the best way to deal with him. It certainly will not earn LILITH’s ire.
If I may ask, though, does he also claim to know you, perhaps? Or was your (enhanced) fury simply a product of his charming personality?
And as an aside… The little pictographs you are using are charming indeed! Do they have a name? I believe my messages could also be improved by using them. Here is the best I could come up with, as I do not see many of those characters on the keyboard: ( ‘ o * ) ( It is meant to be Mr. Silco, perhaps, though it really does not capture his anger well! )
[ That's kind of a heavy question there... But there's no harm in answering. She trusts Sebastian and even if someday he somehow proves to be unworthy of that trust (he's a demon, gotta be careful), that information is really detrimental to Silco and not to her. ]
Dear Sebastian;
I didn't know others had been affected... LILITH's management is disastrous. But there is little we can do about it I'm afraid. I have tried and they are deaf to complaints ( ̄ ̄|||)
Regardless, your depiction of Silco is charming (unlike the man)! I have one that I believe may convey Silco's character well enough:
ヽ(;°益°╬)ノ
They are called "emoticons." The detailed sorts I use are referred to as kaomoji (* ^ ω ^) My friend Godzilla uses "emojis," like so ☺️ You should use whichever you prefer to convey your emotions!
As for your other question, I had never met the man before. However, he did meet one of my friends in that other world and he killed her. My first time talking to him, he gloated about that fact and has harassed me ever since. Honestly I am not sure why he did that. I do not consider myself to be a vengeful goddess. I understand Silco clearly wants to be a "villain" here, And I cannot fault him for wishing to be theatrical. But announcing yourself to someone who can and wants to kill you sounds counterproductive. Nitwit of a man.
I have noticed, I fear. I offer my complaints gently, for admittedly, I have never run anything of the sort and I therefore cannot know its difficulties… But I do feel in my heart that it could be better run. At the very least, they could inspect their goods more thoroughly, no? Even if they are deaf to them, I still will submit a complaint myself in the hopes that perhaps one day they shall listen.
Regardless, I do find your kaomoji of Mr. Silco even more charming than my own! That is a much better representation of him. Truly, I will have to look into all of the more, as words alone do not always convey tone well.
Indeed, it answers my questions neatly, so thank you very much for your answers. You have my apology for asking as well, since something as grave as a murder… I hope it did not bring too much grief for your friend to share, and I apologize for a bit of prying on the matter. From what he had said to me, it truly seems that he had a busy, wicked time where he was before. No wonder he is so ill-mannered here, perhaps. It seems he was allowed to act with impunity there and only now faces consequences for it.
So. A nitwit indeed, I shall say.
I do not imagine it is anything overly remarkable, pleasant as he is, but still. You have an ally in me against him, at the very least. Though “against” may be a touch dramatic, perhaps. Please imagine it more with this tone, to have a bit of practice: ( ̄y▽ ̄)╭
