It's not the goddess speaking.
It's the person, Ereshkigal.
Though one could argue we are one and the same...
The goddess I am treats everyone equally, as befits a perfect deity.
But the person I am is very flawed.
I cannot help but have preferences.


[ She feels good saying that. Acknowledging she's not a goddess in this world has done wonders for her of late. The return of punctuation is definite proof it's working again. ]

I would argue you are very weird.
But the weirder someone is, the more unique they are.
To someone like me who has always strived to be a perfect goddess,
I see beauty in weirdness.

I must admit,
I wish I was weird too.
Even if I'd take offense at being called weird.
